Our PRIDE values, trademark behaviours and behavioural expectations underpin everything we do at Keenpac. Our focus on these core values and behaviours helps us to foster an inclusive, supportive and trusting culture.
Our PRIDE committee meet on a monthly basis to share ideas on how we can celebrate success, co-ordinate team-building activities and drive forward initiatives to embed our values and behaviours.
We want our team to be enthusiastic about working together, to support each other to achieve more and to trust each other. This allows us to deliver exceptional customer service and delivers value to the customer and to Keenpac.
The culture that we have created ensures Keenpac is a great place to work, and this has been ratified by our achievement as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for 2024-25.
Our PRIDE committee also works together to ensure that as a business we give something back to the local community and to our selected national charity partners. Our chosen charities for 2024 are Duchenne UK and The Trussell Trust.
Below are a few comments from past and present PRIDE committee members on what PRIDE means and their memories from celebrating success through PRIDE events:
“Pride is what we all have for the jobs that we do, and Pride is how we celebrate the good times together”
David Kerr – QC Manager
“Keenpac Christmas Pride parties are always the best night of the year. It is great to have everyone together having fun and letting their hair down”
Cara Smith – Account Manager
“I was one of the founding members of the PRIDE committee when I was EA to Helen Cockerham; it was such an honour as I knew from inception it would be a success and a game-changer for the culture at Keenpac. My favourite event we organised was the Keenpac Fun afternoon July 2023. We played lots of great games, had an excellent bbq and prizes – I think it was the only dry day that week we were so lucky. We all had a super time and got involved and chatted in the sunshine with great food”
Amanda Mitchell – Executive Assistant to MD & BCS
“Lane 7 bowling or crazy golf is always a great evening; adding some competitive tension to proceedings brings out people’s character, especially with the added jeopardy of a wooden spoon!”
Dan Roberts – Managing Director
