During these unprecedented times, we wanted to update you on our business plans to ensure the continuity of our customer service but also the welfare of our employees.
Our office and warehouse remain open as usual. However we have enabled IT systems for the majority of our office staff to work from home. We have implemented a series of measures to reduce the risk to employees who may still visit or work in the office. These include the addition of hand sanitisers, increased cleaning and further social distancing measures. However, to minimise the spread of the virus, we are recommending that customers and suppliers do not visit us for the short term.
Our sales team will continue to work with our customers as normal and will be in touch on a regular basis. If you prefer, we can switch face-to-face meetings with video/zoom or telephone calls. Our warehouse will remain open and any orders you place with us will be fulfilled in the usual way.
We will be closely monitoring developments and Government guidelines on the situation and will always aim to act swiftly and in the best interests of customers and employees.
